shadchan.im is a central database for shidduchim. Approved shadchanim can browse active profiles shared with All Shadchanim, so the right boy for your single can be found beyond your own list.
It’s 100% free, it’s a nonprofit, and it’s for shadchanim only.
Right now, every shadchan works off their own list.
Your list has the singles you know. The shadchan in the next neighborhood has hers. The one in Lakewood has his. The shidduch your single needs might be sitting on any of those lists, and today there’s no way to know.
You bring your singles. Other approved shadchanim bring theirs. Newly active profiles stay with the people working on them for 14 days, then open to the network. You can choose to share them sooner.
It also keeps you on top of the work.
Every suggestion you’ve ever made, what came back, and what’s due next. Follow-ups, meetings, notes, resumes - all attached to the single they belong to. Even an idea you had and never sent is on the board, because it’s still work you did.

Work with shadchanim everywhere.
See which shadchanim know a single through the familiarity log. Keep track of your suggestions and history shared with you. In a meeting, record who raised each suggestion and who will follow up.
A shared database makes people nervous. It shouldn’t.
Your personal notes are private unless you choose to share them with another shadchan. Organization notes are shared with authorized staff of that organization. Sharing a note and sharing suggestion history are separate choices.
Same for organizations: a profile can work with two organizations at once, and neither one can read the other’s file.
And nothing a family submits goes to All Shadchanim until a real person reviews it and approves it.
How one profile is stored. The person, like everyone on this page, is made up.
Running a shidduch organization?
You get your own intake link, your own staff access, and your own private notes on every profile you work with. Share active profiles across All Shadchanim once any initial hold ends, or release the hold sooner. Private details keep their own sharing settings.

No subscription. No premium tier. No “contact sales.” shadchan.im is a nonprofit. It was built to marry off more singles, not to make money.

This is not a dating site. There’s no public directory, no browsing, and no login for singles or parents. Every account is approved by a person before it exists.
If you’re a single or a parent: you don’t need an account. Fill in an organization’s intake form and a real shadchan takes it from there.
